“We used true restorations for our basement renovation after we had some water damage from the storm in September. I first met with Vinny who was a pleasure to speak with to go over what needed to be done. Then I met with Steve who was wonderful to speak with. He was very thorough when he explained everything that was going to be done and when, during our walk through. During the process I felt as if he was a friend that I was working with, he also made sure everything was getting done properly. Wilmer and Ray did the actual work and they were great. They were always on time, and were pleasant to be around. I have two young daughters who are usually very shy around new people, but they loved chatting it up with Ray when they saw him. I felt very comfortable during the whole process and was happy after it was completed. I would highly recommend using true restorations!“

“Unfortunately I had a pipe burst earlier this year. The basement was flooded & we discovered an underlying asbestos floor that had to be removed. I called several companies that offered this service but I was having a hard time finding one I liked until I called Flag Enterprises in Lindenhurst NY. Tom & everyone in the company that I dealt with was so nice. Tom explained the 3 day process to me so I knew what to expect. He was very patient & caring unlike the other companies that provided no answers. When the job began they came on time each day. They were courteous, neat & respectful of my home. They even put up a plastic barrier preventing my cats from entering the basement. They removed benches, shelving & everything needed to access the entire floor. They removed all the asbestos successfully & then cleaned up the floor finishing it with a coat of gray paint. They made easy for my contractor to lay down a new vinyl floor. They were a pleasure to deal with & I would highly recommend their services.“

“We had the boiler break down and start flooding the basement. To make matters worse it was a Saturday night and trying to get anyone on the phone for help was next to impossible. I was referred to to Restoration 1 from friends who used them and they did not disappoint. When I called Alex, he was a huge help and was a calming professional voice during a truly stressful time. He was able to get to my house with all the needed equipment quickly to start the clean up and start drying out the basement. When he heard of the difficulty getting a plumber on the phone to get the boiler fixed he was able to get me in touch with one for the fix. Alex stayed in constant contact throughout the entire process until the last piece of equipment was taken out of the basement and they felt satisfied the basement was properly dried out.“

“Clean Up Kings are the best. My 85 y/o mother, who’s lived in her house for 50 years, had a major puff back. Interviewed several contractors but we went with Clean Up Kings. Best decision ever!! They were at the house promptly every day. They packed up everything (50 years worth of stuff. 2 PODS were filled) in my moms house after cleaning each piece. They took care with everything they touched - like they would if it was their own mother.I would like to personally thank them for their attention to details and all their help in getting my moms home habitable for her!“
