I chose Jeff from Absolute Carpet because of his stellar 5 STAR google reviews and I am glad that I did. He came over immediately to provide an estimate that I cosnidered very reasonable. I did not feel pressured to complete cleaning that was not necessary and we scheduled a date that was convenient for both of us. He kept in constant communication with me and even texted me ten minutes prior to his arrival. He and his helper worked continuoulsy without a break and completed the job in the time frame that he had promised. Jeff is great! He handled my doggie diarrhea dilemma that was stressing me out. I picked up the diarrhea and blotted as best I could. I used a carpet cleaner to get as much of the orange stain off as possible. I was exhausted - But It was still horrible. Jeff to the rescue! First he fit me into his schedule the next business day. Next he came and used his top-notch equipment and cleaners to get the stain off. When he left I could still see It, but I was just thankful It was hardly noticeable.
