He came on Thursday night, the night I called, which was one of the coldest nights of the year and installed a new heating system in a day. “This review is about the excellent customer service that I received when I stopped by the store today. I was looking for a retro refrigerator that I saw online and couldn't find at my local store. In fact, my local store told me that there were none at any Home Depot stores. I decided to stop by the Latham store anyway. There were 2 display models for sale. Zack helped me with the fridge. He dusted it down and when I realized that the second model looked better (from the front), but was missing the handles, Zack and another employee, got out their tools, took the handles off of one and screwed them on to the other. When we pulled the second one out we realized that it was badly dented in the back. I apologized to Zack for doing all of that work for nothing and he let me know that it wasn't a problem. That is what he was there for. He then proceeded to call around to see if other stores had what I was looking for and he found exactly what I was looking for at another Home Depot. I don't know if Zack, or any of the other employees who helped me today will ever see this but, for everyone else who does, this is how a store should run. This is customer service at it's BEST! “Call them! A popular competitor wasn’t able to schedule a visit with us for 36 hours but Bourque came within 2 hours. They fixed our boiler and got my family and I heat on a very cold winter day, were personable and professional. Their bill was very detailed so we could submit to insurance and their prices seemed reasonable. Highly recommend!“

“To Albany Mechanical Services Inc. Management:

Our Navien tankless hot water heater was in need of repair. I contacted Albany Mechanical Services and they dispatched a technician right away. The technician (Zach) arrived at our home and he immediately investigated the problem. He found that I needed a new heat exchanger which he replaced along with a new igniter. However, another issue with the unit persisted where he consulted with Tech Support at Navien. It was at this point I felt confident that Zach was going to get to the bottom of the issue and take the necessary steps to solve the problem. Zach was extremely knowledgeable, methodical and patient. He kept me informed every step of the way. Although it was somewhat frustrating in determining what the cause of the problem was, Zach kept at it until he found the answer. As it turned out, he replaced the computer board, the adjustment valve and installed a new wiring harness. If it wasn't for him, we would likely be looking at installing a new unit at considerable cost. Instead, he extended the life of our unit which is now functioning extremely well. I wanted to take a minute to thank Zach, his manager and the other technicians who were here to help get our unit back on line.

“I have had Crisafulli over several times since my last review in 2018... twice for the main house trap needing to be unclogged; once to have the old cast iron house trap replaced with smooth PVC; and once to have our main line inspected. While usually I am at my worst when these emergencies come up, Crisafulli is always at their best. They are helpful, friendly, come quickly (Red Carpet Customer plans are likely why), and their rates while not the cheapest are a good value to me. Without them, I would be in trouble!“

They are very honest and trustworthy, happy to do what I ask, but only recommending services that are actually needed. Skilled at repairing rather than replacing things. Determined to do quality work. I had purchased a repair ring to repair the flange, but Tim preferred a different style ring, which he had with him and used instead at no extra charge. “Most plumbing shops in the capital region use what's called book time when they bid jobs. That's how you end up paying some guy $1,000 to change your toilet. Whites is one of the last shops that still does time and material and their labor rate is between 100 and $115 an hour. A lot of unlicensed plumbers are charging $150 to $200 an hour. I would highly suggest getting a second opinion from Dwight's before you have any Plumbing work done and make sure that your plumber is actually licensed In the area that you live, especially Albany. I see so many plumbing trucks that are lettered with a company name yet have passenger car license plates instead of commercial license plates.“
