“Have now used plumbing and heating, inc Steve Adam’s in Carmel NY twice. The first time was to put in a grab bar in the bathroom and to check a leaky toilet. The second time was for a hot water tank leak. We couldn’t be happier with Steve Adam’s! Maria the dispatcher couldn’t have been sweeter and gave immediate and prompt attention to our needs, especially the second time for the hot water tank. She got us help within an hour. A shout out to her, and the two plumbers Rob and Peter. They were all knowledgable, efficient, courteous and neat. So glad to know we have them.“

“Our 7 year old LG refrigerator, which has never had any problems, suddenly stopped cooling. I called LG customer support and they concluded it was probably the compressor, which was the only thing still covered under warranty. I researched authorized service companies on the LG website, but when I called around, some did not service LG products, some only worked in Connecticut, some could not help me for 3 to 4 weeks, etc. ATR Appliance Tech Repair was the only one who could help me. “We have a heating unit that is pretty much 'extinct' (hot water baseboard heated via an ELECTRIC boiler!). Over the years, any time we've had an issue, it takes a dozen calls to both electricians and plumbers to find someone willing to come and look! I found 123 HVAC Specialists after hours of research to find anyone who would be familiar with a system like ours. THANK GOODNESS I FOUND THEM!
I explained the situation to the office Mgr (?) who set up an appointment for the next day. Joe showed up this morning, found exactly what was wrong (no guessing!), and fixed it in no time. He tested the unit to make sure the heat was working before he left.
Will DEFINITELY use them again!

“Disclaimer: I rarely write reviews unless a company has been so incredibly outstanding that I just need to say something publicly. My air conditioner broke this summer. We had several people come and look at the problem and make suggestions. Out of everyone that came Joe and his team were by far the most honest, professional and knowledgeable. Joe answered all our questions and then we had more questions the next day and he was just kept answering all our questions.We finally decided to spend the several thousand dollars of repair with Joe and his team.
