We have used them for our pump for over 30 years. Today I called at 7:51am got a call back at 7:54am, and he was here by 8:00 to look at the problem and schedule a fix this afternoon. It’s always been that way with them.
Have now used plumbing and heating, inc Steve Adam’s in Carmel NY twice. The first time was to put in a grab bar in the bathroom and to check a leaky toilet. The second time was for a hot water tank leak. We couldn’t be happier with Steve Adam’s! Maria the dispatcher couldn’t have been sweeter and gave immediate and prompt attention to our needs, especially the second time for the hot water tank. She got us help within an hour. A shout out to her, and the two plumbers Rob and Peter. They were all knowledgable, efficient, courteous and neat. So glad to know we have them.
