Maintenance on the furnace was very good and thorough. Competitive pricing on oil, and their call center staff are responsive and easy to deal with. Nice change from some other companies I’ve used.

First time using this company. Customer service was very friendly and professional. Delivery technician was also friendly and expedient. Will definitely use them again and will recommend to my neighbors.

I need to tank the technicians from Putnam Valley Petroleum. They were out on 1/12/2023 to check our heating system. Was working fine but wasn’t registering when called for heat. After a little while they had the problem Diagnosed and fixed and the heat is working better then ever. We have been with them years and are extremely happy with there oil service and there speedy response to any problems we have had. Thank you again guys.An update … I received my invoice for the work done. Not going to post numbers of what was changed or what my service contract cost, but my balance for the repair….ZERO HAPPY NEW YEAR
