“I have had the pleasure of working with Total Comfort since 2013 when they meticulously retro fitted my 1931 Vintage home with central air - They were extremely knowledgeable on retrofitting, and genius in how to layout our central air system. Most of the home is plaster walls & i thought I would be in for repairs - NONE! Wait, what? I don't know how they did that it is the 8th wonder of the world. Not only that the duct work was well hidden and even in little closets we did not lose too much space.
Additionally, their calculations were spot on - with size of system and where the ducts ran - the house is always an even temperature - and they air handler in the attic was strategically placed as to not disturb sleep.
Whenever we had even a small issue Cathy went to work to get a crew to us and solve the problem FAST. Last year we had our coil replaced after reviewing options of new system or new coil. Thanks for giving the customer options and being up front with estimates.
Joe was here today to solve a switch issue in the condenser - he was prompt courteous, professional, and had the problem diagnosed in no time! Total Comfort is the B E S T!!
