Chris from JDV Plumbing saved out lives. When we moved into our new house at the end of January, all of our heating and water pipes were frozen. Chris came in the middle of the night and probably spent 40-50 hours at our place over the next 2 weeks helping to melt the pipes, cut off the ones that had burst and get the house back up to a livable temperature. Chris answered our calls and texts at all times of the day and night, and was there to help whenever we needed. We moved from NYC to Mount Kisco and within 24 hours of moving, we have found our plumber for the rest of our time here.
