Denise is the office is incredibly rude on the telephone. Rich, their plumber they sent out, changed a part after I specifically told him not to. When I told him to put it back, he tried and apologized profusely. I felt bad and asked him if he could put the new part on and not charge labor. He said sure, no problem and thanked me. If he never touched it to begin with, we wouldn't have had this issue! Later that night, I received a bill for the part and labor. I will never do business with this company ever again. Shame on them!

A service person from DeGasperi was here at my home replaced a regular standard toilet with a crack in the tank, no special features . According to the service person a " 10 inch roughs are more expensive" the toilet and instillation cost $1,027.57 to install. No other work was done. Not an emergency call I found the same exact 10 inch rough toilet on the Lowes website for $ 344.00. Theses are the facts. One of my biggest regrets of the year using this company.
