They let me know it'd be in the afternoon and the tech called to let me know his earlier service call took longer than expected but that he'd still get to me today. “Came home on new years to find my house was cold , it was 9pm and called Collin’s left message and a text was sent with in minutes that they would be out first thing in the morning . I made a few other calls and received the same response from them . Nervous that my house was getting cold fast I figured I’d go with who ever called me first in the morning , another heating contractor called me first so I called Collins and canceled and when the service tech came in, it seemed like all they wanted to do was sell me a furnace. I have some experience and I knew it was the blower motor I was quoted a crazy amount of money and I paid the service fee for them coming out. Called Collins back and ask him if it was too late he said he’d be out in 20 minutes as he was ,diagnosed the problem replaced the motor in a very timely manner and within an hour and a half I had heat again. The cost was more than fair and Dave was awesome answering all my dumb questions . I’ve had awesome luck with Collin’s in the past and it was a mistake trying to go with someone else . It’s a family owned business and I would highly recommend using them for any heating/ cooling needs .“
