5 STARS to John Lock Air Conditioning & Heating Service! They installed my Lennox system and have serviced it for the past 10+ years. They have always been professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Recently, my furnace was making an odd noise. When I called to make an appointment; they were here the same day and solved the issue. Excellent! Thanks again
I forgot to ask the guys name who fixed my wall furnace this morning…but I would absolutely recommend ! He was very cool and diligent he was very educational with me as to what was going on and being done ! Also went above and beyond tk fix the thermostat that had been loose on the wall! 10 /10 amazing service ! Thank you so much
Never in my life did I expect such great, quick, & reasonable service! Our furnace was blowing cold air! I left an overnight voicemail requesting a call back in the morning. I received a call even before their posted hours of operation. Service person Brennan arrived, first thing this morning, was able to assess the problem quickly, go get the part, & install all in about 90 minutes! Brennan was super polite and even offered me a package deal (not sure what it is called) to save me a bunch of $$ and allow for discounted service calls and a system clean in the fall! I am a new & will be loyal, customer all due to those I spoke to, who came for the repair & the low cost...read full review
