Needed my central air replaced. I went with TPS for two reasons: 1) They actually sent a repairman instead of a salesman on the first visit. 2) They came in 40% lower in cost than the competitors.
They were quick, too - I think it was maybe 4 business days from when I called them to when I had my new unit installed. Matt, who did the initial call and replacement, was just a beast. A nice guy and very knowledgeable. The only minor issue is that he looks and sounds like Christian Slater, but when I told him that, he didn't know who that is!! Made me feel old. But he still gets 5 stars!!
