We have used Jim Collins Heating and Cooling on several occasions. They are very responsive, extremely clean, professional, and have very fair pricing. This is the kind of company you can leave unattended in your home and not worry about them. I’m part owner of dozens of units in WNY and they are the best I have ever worked with. I've used their services more than a few times, and *every* time, I've been beyond impressed. Today, my furnace was in need of repair, I figured it'd be a tall order in the middle of a snow and ice storm. Nope. Not for these folks. Dave and Mike did an amazing job with reconnecting our radiators! They came in for a consult and were extremely fair priced after numerous quotes with other companies. They were timely, organized, helpful, and a pleasure to do business with.
