Capital Heat installed 2 new zoned heating/cooling systems, when we found the systems in our new home not only did not work well, but were a danger. Mitch and his crew were honestly a pleasure to have around for the 3 days they needed to get the job done. Working in the crawl space, attic and outside, they did not leave on any day without everything cleaned up, the heat on and the job complete for the day. We discussed both geothermal and dual fuel systems with Phil Blatner who was very knowledgeable on both options. We went with dual fuel Lennox systems, wifi control thermostats, steam humidification. Phil explained what was needed. The guys then came over the course of two days and did outstanding work. They removed the old behemoth boiler and water tank, and installed the combi unit. Everything was explained to a tee. Will recommend to others and use again
