Alec Beback came to repair my A/C and was helpful and gave me a reasonable price for the repair. Because my system was 18 years old I asked for a new A/C quote and Brian was there same day to price a unit to fit my house again at a resonable price. Best part next day delivery! The installation was more than expected from Auston and Scott and Auston's last words to me please call if I have any problems as explained total care of the unit and warranty. T-MARK should be proud of their employees and I know they are because it usually comes from the top down!
For my Sunday emergency sewer plugged. Seth called before, arrived in a timely manner. Was pleasant and professional. He checked it all out gave me a price. Completed the job cleaned up. And I would recommend him highly and T mark is now my go to for all my plumbing needs tyvm ???❤️
I was very pleased with Alex & the tune-up he performed on our furnace. He was knowledgeable & very nice. He found that the flame igniter was very dirty & it helped our furnace run much more efficiently after he cleaned it. It seemed to be starting & stopping frequently. He did point out that a venting pipe may need to be replaced by next year but stated that it was okay for now. I also would like to add that I found out T-Mark does not charge extra if you need service during the weekend or evening hours. Everyone who I’ve talked to on the phone at T-Mark has always been very nice & respectful. I would highly recommend Alex & T-Mark.
