Customers describe excellent experiences with Vastola Heating & Cooling. Service was professional, reliable, and customer-focused from start to finish. Technicians demonstrated exceptional expertise and knowledge, thoroughly diagnosing issues and explaining solutions in a way that was easy to understand. They were prompt, patient, and thorough, answering all questions and addressing concerns. One team came the very day a unit went out and installed it the next morning. Technicians were kind, professional, respectful, and completed work in a timely manner. Vastola installed air conditioning and a furnace 10 years ago, and customers have used them for all service needs since. The company offered Lennox products, a fully automatic Wi-Fi thermostat, and a hardwired smoke/co detector, and still came in cheaper. Payment options are available. No pressure to purchase. Highly recommended.
