We called for advice, and warranty. I met Mark at his shop the next morning and swapped it out for a new one — and it was under warranty! (and he gave us new Eveready energizer batteries— don’t use low grade batteries). Mark was helpful and we are appreciative!! Thank you.“

After doing a ton of research, and reading reviews of others I found that Jim Collins was local, had a “ma and pa” feel to it, and nobody really had anything negative to say. I now see why.Dave and his crew came out a couple weeks ago just to check out my system. After a few diagnostic steps, it was found the old system was cooked. He tried to resurrect the old system with no luck, but even I knew the old system was on borrowed time. Dave gave a very reasonable quote to replace the Compressor, lines, and Evaporator coils.
