“I called Dr. Zinnanti's office to schedule an appointment for my Wheaton Terrier since she had injured her paw, her leg was quivering, and she had no appetite. Nicole answered the phone and was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Zinnanti scheduled me for the same day. My friend drove me to the appointment and accompanied me because I am anxious when my babies are examined. Dr. Zinnati was really understanding about this, rather than making me feel uncomfortable. They called me in so he could explain my next steps and what to look for if I needed to return. Dr. Zinnanti's bedside demeanor is excellent. He is one of those persons who was meant to be a doctor. He also has an infectious smile, which makes you want to smile back. Furthermore, Dr. Zinnanti's fees are very reasonable. He offers the finest costs and is the best veterinarian on Long Island, with an excellent team. Thank you very much for caring for my baby Mazie!“

“They say first impressions are everything. South Shore Animal Hospital has gained my trust. I am a new dog owner with a currently 6 month old Black Lab Mix named Luke. I had been looking to get established with a Vet and had been doing some research. But when Luke had some issues that needed attention I started frantically calling places to be met with a lot of rudeness and no availability. I found South Shore and booked an appointment online for the soonest available which was 3 days later. I called up and explained the situation and they were happy to squeeze me in the same day on a Saturday. Now I can’t say if I got lucky or if they did me a favor but I appreciated them getting in a new customer same day on a Saturday. The Staff were kind and were patient with Luke as he is still a puppy and made him feel comfortable at his first visit. Their pricing seems reasonable although I did not need anything major but the exam fee seemed okay. They answered all my questions as a new dog owner would have. I’m glad I found them and will consider bringing in our cat Pumpkin in as well as needed. Thank you South Shore Animal Hospital. We will see you again“

“I took my dog Benny here for PT and acupuncture every Monday for nearly 2 years. Without the help of Victoria and Riley in PT and Dr. Donato who did his acupuncture, Benny would not have been able to continue living a comfortable life. Benny has multiple issues, arthritis, disc issues, ACL and joint issues. You could truly see a difference in his day to day comfort due to these wonderful folks. Dr. Paoloni just did surgery on one of my pups and I am beyond pleased with the care during and after surgery to get him back to good health.

Glenn, Kristal and the entire rest of the staff are super friendly, answer all of my questions and are each very helpful in taking care of my pups.
