He went above and beyond in explaining the aftercare instructions. Things went seamlessly despite her age. I am so happy there were no complications. I am eternally grateful to the entire staff of Mineola Animal Hospital. Including Daniella, the technician, who did my baby Peanut’s dental on the same day. “I first came across this practice when our pug, Ollie was very ill. Sadly, He had a cancerous tumor that ruptured and we had to put him to sleep. From our first contact by phone throughout the traumatic experience of losing him all of the staff was so compassionate and supportive. The next day the vet who had initially seen Ollie in the emergency hospital called to offer her condolences and find out how we were doing. At that point, we decided to switch to this practice. We have had our other Pug and Old English Sheepdog seen several times in their Mineola office. Dr Liss and Dr Pesek have wonderful bedside manners and I have never found vets who care the way that they do. I highly recommend this practice.”
