We had an emergency last week where out of nowhere our 3 year old english bulldog started throwing up and shaking horribly..it was scary..I just came back from walking her and 2 hours later those symptoms started..Not sure why…she hadnt gotten into anything in the house..well I called the hospital at 4:30pm they said they were closing and could see her the next day..I pleaded with them to see her and told them I could be there in under 10 minutes..they said ok come in..they treated her with by giving her fluids and anti nausea medicine and told us only to feed her 2 tablespoons of food every 2-3 hours and if she keeps it down we could feed her the next day..they scheduled...read full review
I've had wonderful experiences at South Shore Animal Hospital. I originally followed Dr. Lopez from another clinic because of his exceptional care and knowledge. I'm forever grateful for him. Since then, I've had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Ognisty, who consistently goes above and beyond for my 16.5 year old Yorkie Ronan. Both Dr. Lopez and Dr. Ognisty are incredibly caring and knowledgeable. I also had one visit with Dr. Mansfield, who, while knowledgeable, and kind, unfortunately misdiagnosed my dog. Together, these Doctors work as a team for all the patients so they are up to date on your fur baby whether they've seen them or not!

I was very happy With Dr BALTER, She was very friendly. She listened to me regarding all my concerns for my dog and now my dog is being treated. I definitely will go back.
The receptionist Susie, very friendly everyone was and. the office is clean. There was no wait time for me. I was taken at my appointed time. I definitely would recommend South Shore Animal Hospital. You will not be disappointed.!
