After bringing out pets to Massapequa Hospital for Animals for many years, I was a bit hesitant to use them after seeing their new partnership. What a fabulous experience with Dr. England, who was new to us! Dr. England was compassionate, not judgmental, and extremely knowledgeable in what was ailing our pet. The front desk was just as sweet and compassionate. We are so fortunate to have such a loving group to bring our pet and for future pets. Thank you all!
Every experience at Massapequa Hospital for Animals with both my dogs has been professional, friendly and positive. I left another vet for a variety of reasons and didn't know just how good care can be! Every single person there genuinely cares about the animals and the human. One of my dogs has reactivity issues with other dogs and the staff has always made it possible for us to come and go without stressing anyone out. The Thrive membership for my 'frequent flyer' dog has saved us so much, too.
They always treat my dog with amazing care. But this past visit, especially so. He didn't want to get out of the trunk of the SUV, and he's 150lbs. It must have been due to him not feeling well. The care team and the doctor came to the trunk and treated him. Very professional, very caring, very amazing. Kenobi thanks you guys!
