She is very kind, loving and takes our concerns very seriously. She always aims to educate pet owners and let the owners decide what they would like to do. She will never push or pressure them on treatments or vaccines. Our girls absolutely adore her and her staff and are always so happy to see her. I found a kitten the mother abandoned 2 1/2 weeks old I spoke with the staff about where I can bring her. They spoke to the Dr's there and called the animal rescue that was coming to there office that I could give to them. I have known them from Queens and they are the most wonderful caretakers of all animals. I traveled an hour from Queens and would have traveled many more hours because of there loyalty to all pets.
