Mid Island Animal Hospital

Last Friday I brought my almost 2-year-old orange short-haired cat, Taffy, to Mid Island Animal Hospital just for a nail trim. The team took him right away and brought him back out to me. However, as I went to secure his carrier in the car and walked to the driver's side, my car locked me out—trapping my phone, bag, and key fob inside. It was the most terrifying moment of my life.

The immediate rescue efforts from the staff were nothing short of heroic. Almost the entire team came outside to help. My male cat got stressed out during by road 4+ hrs drive. Urine blocked and he was in pain.
Visited Mid Island Animal Hospital with same day appointment.
Staffs are great, appreciate for their service, kindness and politeness.
Such a cooperative staffs.
