I don't even know where to begin! First of all Dr. Colon and her staff are very friendly, informative, accommodating, and THOROUGH! I actually missed my first appointment for my cat. I was able to reschedule no problem. Once scheduled, I was sent a brief survey to fill out for my pet via a text link. I was late to my appointment due to traffic. The staff waited for me. Dr. Colon showed me techniques on how to administrator medication to my cat. Offered advice on feeding. Explained everything to me clearly! This place was exactly what I’ve been searching for! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly. I’ve been looking for a new vet for my dog, and this is the perfect spot. The staff is friendly, professional, and accommodating. I’m so glad I found them and can’t wait to return. Thank you, Dr. Colon, and the rest of the team, for such a welcoming experience!
