This is the BEST Pilates studio I have ever been to! The classes are different each time, and it's the only pilates studio where I have truly seen results. Thanks to Studio VMX, I have abs, my body is toned, and I'm way more flexible. If you're looking for a Pilates studio where you'll see results and have fun while doing it ~ I highly recommend joining Studio VMX!

Beautiful studio - The instructors are super knowledgeable and the classes target elongating and strengthening your body with intense noticable results particularly in your core. I started with Virginia 6 years ago and I feel stronger both physically and mentally now than in my 20s pre babies!

Studio VMX is the best! The studio is clean and bright. The workouts are designed to push my body to the next level. My muscles have a love/hate relationship with the exercises. It is a great place to workout! Highly recommend!

Studio VMX is Westchester's premier boutique modern pilates studio. The foundation of our signature hybrid pilates method is meaningful movement. We believe in the connection between the body, mind and soul. We'll encourage you to slow down, connect to your breath, and mentally tune in to the muscle groups you are working in each movement. Our 60 minute hybrid modern pilates method is high intensity & low impact, working the whole body with a strong emphasis on the core. We practice slow, controlled, functional movements on the Xformer machine to increase strength, flexibility, & balance. Continuous tension on the muscles activates slow-twitch, fat-burning muscle fibers that promote, long, lean, muscles. Try a class at Studio VMX!
