Love this place! So friendly, warm and welcoming. Easy to sign up for classes and reasonable cost if you buy a pass. I've only been with 1 teacher so far and she's amazing. She definitely makes you feel welcome and like you are a part of the community.

I've taken like 10 classes or more here now, and have to say, it's my absolute favorite experience. I love love love this studio. The instructors are great, the classes are small, and safety comes first. Highly recommend.

I've tried studios all over Westchester county and Fairfield county. I took a class yesterday with Laura Elms and she is by far one of the best instructors I've experienced in my 15 years practicing yoga. The class felt more like a workshop for me - I learned so much! I hope people continue to support local businesses like this with high quality instructors - a very rare find in the burbs.
