“RDMD operate out of PEI also. That is where they helped me solve a problem other's would not. I had to relocate an outdoor unit, and also relocate in indoor heat pump head. They had not installed these units. That was done by someone else in the past. Other companies I called said they would not do it. RDMD were doing an install on my neighbors house. I asked the technicians if they could do it, and soon I was in touch with the rep. Soon after that it was done. I am picky and a technician also, and was watching most of the work get done and helping as much as I could. I could not be more happy, and they are now my go-to HVAC guys. Paul“

“Back in July James had his team come and install a new pump. Fast forward to today Jan.15th , 2025. I noticed my clean out in the mechanical room was high of water and the pump was not working as tested by myself. I called James and long story short, he walked me through a process of elimination, and came to the conclusion that a breaker was tripped. I didn’t even think to check that. “The vents in my home had not been cleaned since March 2019,
Construction and Covid kept me from getting vents cleaned until now. The 2 men who arrived to do the cleaning were great. It was a big job and some patching had to be done,. I would recommend anytime. In fact they will be my source for when I need vent cleaning. Great office person too. All in all a very good job.“
