The facial was professional and so attentively done - I have fairly reactive sensitive skin and she was careful to use products to minimize irritation. A week later, my skin is absolutely glowing! The best facial I've ever had! I have very sensitive skin that can't handle products which are too harsh, so I was a bit nervous to go to a new esthetician who was not yet familiar with my skin. The practitioner, Cassandra, was very professional and knowledgeable. She performed a skin analysis to determine exactly which services I would benefit from the most, and then designed a custom facial for my skin!!!The room was very clean and modern (which is hard to find in SF), and the bed was super comfortable! The was incredibly relaxing and left my skin feeling refreshed and healthy. I also got the jelly mask add-on was such a unique experience, I'll definitely get it again. She was kind enough to answer all of my questions during the service about the products she was using, and was also kind enough to give me some recommendations on products to use at home. I'll definitely be returning to M3!

Sierra was so professional. She was on time. She did 3 up-do's and the bride was half up and half down. Everyone looked amazing and despite the New Mexico winds, she designed hair styles that were out of our faces and stayed in place, which made the pictures turn out great! Highly recommend.

Back in Feb I went to evolution and that ended with damaged hair from the bleaching, chopped areas instead of blended, chunks missing color, and so much product left on it it left your hands gross, and even though I loved the pop of pink and purple from that time I couldn't stand my hair.

Paulina is a terrific barber/stylist. The environment is warm and welcoming with a friendly, old school, barbershop vibe. Very reasonable price considering the quality of the haircut. And if you go there during the holidays you might luck out a get one of her homemade biscochitos or other holiday treats. Not fancy, just great!

Best place ever. Arta doesn't use a drill on your nails for acrylics. Everything is clean and pretty. Lovely place where there is only one person at a time getting a manicure or pedicure . In October I had a very bad experience at a salon who damaged my hair beyond what I thought could t be repaired. I was depressed and insecure about my hair. I met Erica and scheduled a cut and botox and Erica made the experience comfortable amd the outcome looks amazing. Erica answered my questions and made my experience amazing. My hair looks amazing and feels amazing. I look forward to the continued treatment with her recommendation on the products I purchased and my continued visits with her to get my hair the way it should be. I have been fortunate to receive beautiful haircuts from Antonio for many years! He has helped me through long hair, short hair, black hair, gray hair, and everything in between. He's even given me suggestions for helping my teens with their wild hair! In addition, it is a pleasure to spend time with him. Antonio makes me laugh every single time I see him! Update: I'm even more impressed with Antonio now! My 17-year-old hadn't had a cut in years, and he was very protective about the length of his curly hair. Antonio cut his hair very carefully and slowly, and explained how to manage and maintain all those curls. He was patient, kind, and humorous. He manged to keep most of the length, but now my son's hair looks much neater and more deliberate. I always think my kid looks great, but now he looks like a damn model! Thank you, Antonio :)
I've tried for years to get the right kind of shag/wolf cut for my hair, I've wanted something dramatic but always end up with mellow layers. Cynthia allowed me to send a video of what I wanted and pics of my current hair to get an idea of the texture, and she was able to pull off the cut I wanted! Cute little place too!

Brittani was my makeup artist and she was the sweetest. Super professional & relatable. Robyn was my hair stylist and she was the BEST! So funny & kind. She even helped me with chopping my hair for a 2nd look! They made the experience so easy. My trail went great and they both listened to changes I wanted to make without any complaints (: I would literally go get drinks with these ladies! That's how great they were!

I could not be happier with the salon and Charlene. The salon is privately located, clean, professional and comfortable. Charlene listened to my skin care concerns, then recommended a course of treatment, thoroughly explaining how each procedure is conducted, expected results and the post treatment care. Boom! My liver spots are gone, mole is gone, fine lines are improved, my only regret is that I did not come here earlier. I will continue with "maintenance" treatments which are very cost effective. I feel blessed to have Elena, of E.V. Aesthetics, available for my skin care. I have very dry skin and living in New Mexico only exacerbates the dryness. Elena uses products that are organic, and my skin loves them. Having said that, I appreciate that she does not try to sell me products but will refer me to specific products if I ask. The facial also includes a relaxing neck, arm and hand massage. Elena is kind and gentle and I look forward to my monthly facials. Her services are wonderful.
Several years ago I had an appt with Dawn for a facial. I could not find the salon and went home to call her. I live 2 min away. Long story short...I took offense to her tone and said cancel the appt. I then went on line and slammed her. I have read many great reviews over the years. Santa Ana Skin Care Clinic is the best medical spa in Santa Fe! They are so professional, highly educated and extremely experienced. Elizabeth is the master laser queen and facial specialist. I’ve been doing Broad Band Light treatments with her and my skin is glowing! She makes me feel so comfortable and answers any questions I have (which are a lot). I also get my Botox done with Kelly. I don’t know how it’s possible to make a needle not be painful, but that’s what she does. She has the lightest, most gentle touch and is an expert with placement. You have to go to Santa Ana Skin Care for any and all of your skin care needs! They are the absolute best of the best!

I had an old faded eyebrow tattoo removed recently with Dr. Biggs. She explained the procedure and any risks clearly, and answered all of my questions. After a single session, the tattoo is completely gone. Very happy with the results!

I had a massage plus scalp massage at Nidah Spa during my recent stay at the El Dorado Hotel and it was phenomenal. Renee was one of the most knowledgeable and effective therapists I have ever had for a massage treatment. My 80 minute experience left me rejuvenated and informed with tips and ideas to address ongoing aches and pains too. I cannot recommend Renee and Nidah spa more highly!

Rivers Collective was super clean extremely friendly environment. I got a large arm piece done by Nikky and she worked with me on a design I had started and made transformed my word of mouth and partial design into a beutiful detail oriented piece. She asked me how I was doing how things looked until we both were 100% ready to start. Her detailed line work is immaculate. She was having fun making jokes telling stories the whole time. Overall great experience! Again super clean line work and detail.

Carlos first came out to address several major issues in our mechanical room. His inspection was thorough and accomplished in a professional manner. He replaced a toilet during his 2nd visit. We found him to be conscientious, precise in his work, and very competent. He took the time to explain to us what and why he was doing and pointed out possible future issues that may come up because of the overall condition of the plumbing in the house. We were very pleased with Pump Masters. Jerry communicated well, was pleasant and punctual, did a good job of pumping out our septic tank, and taught us a lot about septic tanks.
Matt has been our go to plumber for fifteen years. When we had a problem with our boiler on Christmas Eve, Matt came to our house and fixed the problem. This week, we discovered we had a leak which turned out to be a major problem. Matt and Tino spent days trying to locate a pinprick in a pipe before successfully fixing the problem. It was a complex job as the leak was in our slab. Matt is so honest, so skilled, so friendly. He and Tino are awesome.
I have received services from Cypress 4 times since 2021. The first three times I received services directly from Chris himself and was quite satisfied. The price went up a little bit on the third time, but that is to be expected with time and cost of materials going up. The 4th time Chris sent someone else out for the same services Chris did in the past and the bill was much higher! I was unsatisfied with what happened as you can imagine and made a complaint about it. Chris the owner of the company called me directly to ask what happened. He even went ahead and refunded me back the portion of the bill that I felt was unfair and offered to do a free inspection of my heating and cooling system. This to me speaks of good customer service, and someone who is willing to correct a mistake. If I was rating on the first three services alone I would give a 5 star rating as working with Chris’s himself has always been good. Due to the mistake and the back and fourth I am leaving a 4 star rating today. Chris is very knowledgeable with heating cooling systems and surely can get the job done.
I cannot say enough good things about Yardman; our 5 year old conventional septic system needed to be pumped. From first phone call to end of service, personnel were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. Thank you for a job well done, we will be calling you again for regular maintenance of our system.

2 weeks ago when it was single digits at night, a pipe in the garage blew.Glad I was home and figured out how to turn the water off. Then I squeegeed the garage. I used this company the year before when I had no heat ( yay winter !)so I waited 3 days for them to come. They fixed the busted part and found another which 3 hours later was also fixed. Plumbing is expensive but I knew they only did what needed to be done and I was happy to have water. They are experienced & competent. I shall use them again!

She could have provided a wonderful product, but with an incompetent installer, the whole job could have been a mess. Then you might have gone back to her wanting some kind of recompense for a problem she had no control over and was not responsible for. I don't blame her for not calling you back, under the circumstances, I wouldn't have either.

Tim Curry of Design Solutions is the best combination of creativity, practicality, attention to detail and professionalism that I have encountered in my extensive experience with contractors and designers. (I’ve been involved in 9 remodeling projects in 5 towns.) At several junctures of the project – beginning with my original idea to expand a small porch and later when we were working on details such as cabinetry and lighting – he offered suggestions that achieved my goals but were more cost-effective and better aesthetically. In addition to improving the functionality of the small porch, he designed and built a cover for a large irregularly shaped portal/patio that neither felt cozy nor provided any protection from the New Mexico sun. The finished result adds about 400 sq. feet of what feels like another room to the house. He also managed various updates to the interior that fulfilled the potential of its already excellent “bones.” The house’s previous owners had used him for a complicated drainage/foundation project, and he came to the real estate inspection on a Saturday afternoon just so that he could answer any questions I had and facilitate the sale for his clients. His crew and sub-contractors were top-notch: skilled, respectful of the property and beyond patient with my dogs. Tim truly is a Designer/Builder in the largest sense of the words, and I really envy anyone that hires him to build a house from scratch since I’m sure that would be an even more impressive display of his vision and competence.

After this last huge wet snowfall, we saw Eduardo shoveling snow next door. Spoke to him and he came right over with his crew when done at the neighbor's. In an amazingly short time, he and his crew had the yard shoveled and looking great. And the price was very reasonable. We then had him come back to remove downed large tree limbs that broke and remove several other limbs and tie up some bent Spanish Broom plants. They were fast, thorough, courteous, and again a reasonable price. They do various other projects like roof cleaning, painting, etc. We would highly recommend Eduardo and his staff. Tori B

A coyote fence at my rental property was about to fall down after heavy rains this summer. I have been seeing Windy once a month for two years now, so it should be obvious she has been taking great care of my needs and pain issues. The adjustments are great, but a year ago, I was in major pain (lower back), and Windy used her dry needle process on my back, and after two sessions, pain-free. Amazing but it works. Ashley, her up-front manager, is always easy to deal with. I highly recommend this practice after years of experience.
I have been seeing Dr. Randall for a while now and am amazed by the depth of the transformations we are achieving. We are dealing with some old, painful injuries that have just piled in top of each other until I could barely function. While I don't always get function back in the hurt toe that bugs me today, my whole structure is getting repaired in ways I never thought it would. I am a horse back rider and being even and balanced is the most important thing for me and seemed unachievable after several bad falls and concussions that messed with my proprioception. I rode yesterday like my 20 year old self and, while today I feel my true age, I could not have gotten this far without Dr. Randall. Also, his office has been really scent free.
Dr. Chaz is a miracle worker. My posture is steadily improving. My pain is going down. I wish more people with chronic pain had access to this kind of work because it's truly life-changing.

Took my little two year cat here after a trip to the ER after he stopped eating/drinking. The team and Dr. Hinko not only squeezed me into his tight Friday schedule to check on my cat, but stopped me from spending more money on treatment that was not needed. My little guy is now feeling much better and back to his normal self, which is such a relief. I can not recommend this clinic enough.

Due to their corporate ownership they are understaffed, like all of the vets in Santa Fe. Dr. Breer and the tech who's name I've really unfortunately forgotten were the first people out of 3 vets that showed care and concern for my puppy, and more so, also could tell I was pretty taxed myself and offered to let me step out and eat for the first time in the day and take a bit of a breather. We are on to a 4th vet for more tests, but under the circumstances, this was the first vet visit since my dog's illness that was caring and had a direction to pursue. Thank you.

My wife and I moved to Santa Fe in October of 2020, from Wyoming. We needed a close Vet for our dogs and cat. We found the Eldorado Animal Clinic and I made contact with them.
From the first contact they were friendly, courteous, helpful, very professional and efficient, and their facility also made a very good impression. I have found them to be very nice people, and they have taken excellent care of the minor needs of our animals to this point. We trust them to take good care of our animals for whatever needs they (our pets) may require in the future also!

I took Luna’s Yoga therapy classes back in 2010 during the hardest time of my life at Santa Fe Trauma Treatment Center. The practice was calming, relieving anxiety from my mind. Stretching exercises helped reducing my body stiffness. Later I was looking to find easy, calming yoga classes to continue my treatment and I had a hard time finding something easy and friendly for beginners. Santa Fe Yoga Therapy is a right place for balancing your health. I highly recommend it
As an older person and a relative beginner in yoga practice, I count myself very fortunate indeed to have found Susan. Her many years of teaching experience coupled with her infinite patience and good humor make her one of the best instructors you could ever hope to find. The Yoga1 Studio is a small, intimate space that lends itself particularly well to the intensive but friendly and non-competitive practice of yoga that Susan offers.

Had an exceptional massage from Christina, so much so that I engaged in the monthly service. Also tried her Thai massage aka the world’s laziest yoga. Wonderful deep stretch, exactly what I needed due to a lot of tension and recent headaches.
I was in Santa Fe for five days. I had booked a massage for the morning before we left. It was confirmed the appointment was made earlier even and then the night before I got a text saying that she had to cancel due to an emergency, but unfortunately I didn't get the text until I was literally walking out the door to the appointment so I went on the Internet and I saw positive reviews for Sakura and I called at 8:30 and they got me in at nine for a 90 minute Full on massage which was absolutely the best that I have had in a long time. Emma was my massage therapist and she was very intuitive. Strong new where to work harder what to stretch and where to be. Gentle could not be happier with this experience. It was small unassuming in a little strip mall but clean, and everyone was pleasant?
Message was worth it and made me feel amazing and new afterwards! My only concern is why I’m obligated to pay $60 and more for a tip when already paying $60 for the service? The way the tip was asked for was forcefully rude…

I had a wonderful massage here. I bought the Thai medical massage for 90 minutes. It was a great experience. All in all, a very friendly staff and a good value for the quality of service.
My husband and I both went for 90 minute massages and received excellent services. I'm a massage therapist for over 25 years, and it takes alit to impress me. The skill level of the practitioners was spot on. Highly recommend this lovely business.

Christine is just amazing! I've been to her several times. She's licensed. I am a licensed massage therapist and am very picky. Her energy work is wonderful! And I just found out that she's a fitness and nutrition coach! She is gentle and listens. I usually like deep tissue to work out my knots. Instead of digging in on my right shoulder which is always tense, she gently encouraged it to relax and surprised me that her method worked! I'll be visiting her again and again.

Dennis runs a well-informed, personalized, and personable practice at EVOLVED. I have appreciated my sessions with him for tendon injuries, learned a lot, and seen improvement session over session. I researched various PT options in Santa Fe before landing on Dennis and chose EVOLVED because he wasn't pushy and was easy to communicate with. Would recommend!

I have the highest respect for Dr. Loscalzo. I trust her implicitly. Her advice is always right on. She is consistent and follows up with phone calls and/or texts. I don't know many professionals that go over and beyond the basics.

I love Dr. Cazone! I have had chronic pain since 2014. I have had numerous therapists including massage, chiropratic work, bought a mountain of pain relief aids, supplements, prescription pain relief and ER visits. Dr. Cazone is a miracle worker. This doctor has done what others could and can not. I highly recommend him emphatically. Please give acupuncture another shot and see Dr. Cazone, you will not regret it. Its funny he doesn't know it and maybe i should praise him so much, so he doesnt up his prices. He is affordable and a miracle worker. I don't know how he does it, but my pain would be gone, and he shrugs and sasy thank you, like its the norm. Dr Sharada Hall is amazing and I highly recommend her treatment. I was diagnosed with Bells Palsy and she gave me so much confidence that she could cure my facial paralysis, which she did in just 2 sessions. I walked in to her calming and peaceful clinic with a frozen lip and eye and instantly felt movement in both after one session. She has such a lovely calm manner and is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I have since recommended a friend with MS who after just one session felt more movement in his legs than he had for a long time. I recommended another friend who also had fantastic results. I cannot recommend Dr Sharada Hall enough.
