Dennis Bartek is a wonderful and very gifted physical therapist. I turned to Dennis and EVOLVEDPT with a case of acute pain/discomfort around my left ankle and tightness in my left calf. In his diagnosis, Dennis showed me that much of my problem stemmed from weakness in my left hip muscles/flexors. Three sessions of shockwave therapy and carefully designed sets of daily exercises brought me around quickly; he also recommended adjustable orthopedic heel lifts. I haven't had a problem since. I've seen Dennis in the past when he treated me for intractable heel pain which was relieved in 5-6 sessions and hasn't returned for well over a year. Now he is working on a pain in my left hip which actually comes from my back and the pain is getting less and less with each session. I expect him to be able to completely eliminate this pain soon.'
Dennis is a wonderful practitioner; very knowledgeable and always willing to share his knowledge and give great explanations for everything he does and everything he asks you to do.

Weekly sessions - several physical therapists. Nice people, little improvement. One visit with Dr. Dennis and I am pain free. It seems like a miracle. I have my life back!!!! I’m only sorry I can’t give Evolved more than five stars.
