Myself, my spouse and sister have gotten pierced and tattooed here. Everyone is super friendly and professional. They even share personal stuff about them to relate to you. All in all it feels like a warm hug from everyone here. They even know how to make you laugh, you can tell they love what they do and love working with people.
Joaquin took care of me and he was super nice. Explained to me everything that I needed to do. The piercing was also super quick took like 30 seconds lol. definitely would come back here again for a piercing or even a tattoo!
