I highly recommend K.M. Skelly, Inc. and Kevin Skelly for any new build, add-on or remodel project. Kevin and his team built a fantastic timber frame home for me in the San Juan Mtns. & my wife and I could not be happier. Kevin is a quality builder and doesn't skimp on design or construction materials. He hires contractors he trusts and holds them accountable for their work if it is not up to par. Kevin did a great job concentrating his efforts on energy efficiency of our structure. At 7,800 ft. elevation, this is extremely important. Kevin Skelly did major work on my former house in Santa Fe and he built my new 11000 plus sq ft house in Santa Fe. He is a master contractor and I can only say the very best things about him and his work .He is intelligent , articulate, driven to provide his very best, knowledgeable, creative and thorough. His crews are also the best and do outstanding work. For my current house, the old house on the property had to be removed without destroying trees and plants. He did this. He built the new house in the time he specified.
