I have been seeing Kristen at Active Recovery for a month now after fracturing my ankle and spraining it badly. I think Kristen is great and would highly recommend her. She is a good listener and very gentle and patient. She has given me just the right amount and type of exercises to do at home myself, and I have made a lot of progress. She has also given me some great practical ideas I hadn't thought of in regards to how I am going to manage an upcoming trip in a few weeks and how to make my crutches more comfortable! The office staff has also been extremely friendly and helpful. Thanks, everyone!

Active Recovery is a small Physical Therapy business. There are a multitude of excellent therapists who don’t turn you over to a Tech. It’s a wonderful friendly business. No machines, just real excellent PT

I have been in treatment with three of Active Recovery's PTs for chronic pain issues. They are all very skilled and experienced, multifaceted in their approaches, and engaged as they explore different strategies to help me. The front desk staff is awesome in navigating insurance and answering questions on complex issues. Highly recommended!
