An exceptionally skilled podiatrist and surgeon, Dr. King treated my very painful Morton’s neuroma with judicious use of corticosteroid injections which kept me striding through the world for years. When the time was right, she performed a double neurectomy that is now life-changing for me at age 75 with decades of hiking, dog-walking, and enthusiastic travel ahead. I took my minor child to see Dr. King due to an unfortunate ingrown and infected toenail. She quickly assessed the situation and was honest and patient in his options. The procedure to remedy his situation was brief (and painful) but absolutely necessary. It provided almost instant relief and both of us are very grateful for Dr. King's professionalism in handling the situation and providing caring, honest and excellent care. She is a wonderful, no-nonsense tell it like it is physician with a wealth of experience and knowledge. A true gem in Santa Fe health care!
Glenda King probably saved my hiking career. I had posterior tibial tendonitis so bad I could barely walk. I’m a marathoner and long-distance backpacker.She told me what I absolutely did not want to hear (no weight bearing for 10 + weeks). Thank god I was desperate enough to follow her advice. To the letter. I am back to my long-distance hiking because of her.FYI: This is the podiatrist the physical therapists send their family and friends to. SO grateful my PT, after seeing me getting worse and worse under the care of a different podiatrist, quietly (and off the record) finally told me “You need to go see Glenda King.”
