Me and my friend went here and it was amazing! Great service and is very accommodating! You can tell they’re always trying to help in the best way they can, listening to what you want with your nails, and not rushing or doing a messy job like some places. They’re very professional, offering waters, and when they have different drinks they always offer it when you ask.
Let me explain why I rate this a 3. This was the second and last time Ive came to ivy’s, the first time was a great experience so I figured me and my boyfriend could go back and get a basic and gel pedicure, we sat down and waited at most for 10 mins, I then got seated next to a kid, he started talking to me about how he was drunk and in the hospital and then proceeded to say that he was homeless, at first I wasn’t so worried till he had a bag which was white and what seem to have had two big spots of blood on them which freaked me out, all the nail techs were just ignoring him, at this point I felt very uncomfortable and just wanted to leave, the kid left...read full review
I love Ivy’s every time I go here they do exactly what I want with no hesitation. If I have a question about something they will stop to explain why something would be a better idea but will do what you want. I do not go to any other place for my nails.
