I’ve had such a great experience at Fire Shaper Westwood. The instructors are knowledgeable, welcoming, and create an environment that feels comfortable for all levels. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, calmer, and more grounded. The studio itself is clean, peaceful, and has such a positive energy. I’ve been practicing at this studio for over 20 years, and it’s truly where my yoga journey began. Back then, it was a Bikram studio, and from my very first class, I felt something special.

I love Fireshaper Westwood! Best studio in the area - been practicing with them for over 5 years now and looking forward to the next 5! The teachers/staff are warm and welcoming, the classes are challenging and inspiring all at once -- simply put, Fireshaper is, well, FIRE!
