I had heard from others that planning a funeral can be difficult emotionally and financially, but Prout made the process much easier than we expected. One evening, while my daughter and I were working on the obituary page, Meg unexpectedly called us. She was also working late, saw us online, and wanted to personally help guide us through the process. Small acts of kindness like that gave our family a lot of peace of mind during a very stressful time.
The service itself was handled with care, dignity, and attention to detail. They balanced professionalism with genuine compassion in a way that truly honored our loved one’s memory.
