My mom passed away on Apr 18th 2020 of old age in my house. Hospice called the funeral home at 5:00 A.M and shortly after I received a call from Frank, the owner. He showed compassion in the way he handled the call. He was not able to get someone due to Covid to retrieve the body and came himself. My mom was very fragile, I asked him to handle her with care which he did. He was extremely compassionate with my sister and I. He went above and beyond, he was able to secure us a priest and we were able to have a private and intimate viewing.
