I contacted her in anticipation of my mother’s death to make preliminary arrangements, from my first contact her and throughout the entirety of the process she was the consummate professional. My mother had been ill for a prolonged time and was in the ICU after experiencing complications from surgery. Richelle did a fantastic and thorough job in preparing her for the viewing. She listened to our requests and accommodated them with the outmost attention to detail. The conduct of the delivery to the church, transportation and coordination of the burial were flawless.
