So all three of my family members have had their services with McCracken and each time was the same nothing short of perfect. Matthew and Jennifer are exceptional. They were comforting and accommodating and most of all caring. Jennifer went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for my grandmother. She was so thoughtful and professional. I truly can say this staff puts their best foot forward every time to make such a difficult process so much easier.
Losing someone you love will always be devastating, no matter how much you think you have prepared you will never be prepared. McCracken wasn’t my first choice at that time and while crying and thinking at the hospital a nurse came to me and asked if I already have a funeral home in mind and I voiced my concerns and she said why not try McCracken I used them for my Dad. I searched in the internet and found them, made a phone call and Jennifer called me back, I made an appointment the next day to meet with her.
