From the first minute talking with Michael, I knew this was the right place. Then we met to go over details at his establishment, and he had all the details impeccably prepared. I have not met any Funeral Directors before this, and really who has until the need arises?But others seem to sort of feign too much sympathy in order to upsell. No such thing with Michael. Starting with the day my mom was picked up, the care and meticulous manner that was performed to wrap my mother in such a respectful way was beautiful.The first meeting with John Houston was as easy going and comfortable as we could have ever asked for.
