We had pressing schedules with all of our family members and the director, Lou Jr, went over and above to ensure all schedules were met for the services.
The Stellato family has been friends with our family since 1960, and from Italy also. Our aunt met with Lou 15 years ago to arrange all her final wishes. He was very accommodating and took time to discuss every detail.
When she passed away, I notified Lou’s office. He immediately replied to me and gave me a direct contact. He and his staff were extremely communicative throughout the entire process, making it easy for our family. They explained each step in detail. The memorial video screen in the room was so nice, so that each visitor could see memories of themselves with the deceased.
