I had heard from others that planning a funeral can be difficult emotionally and financially, but Prout made the process much easier than we expected. “I highly recommend John Manke at Manke Funeral Home for all of your funeral needs! My father passed away very unexpectedly and we had no idea where to begin. I was referred to John and was able to speak with him a short time later, despite it being late at night. He began the process immediately and was there every step of the way. We had difficulties getting in touch with the medical examiners office in NYC and he was able to get in touch with them quickly and put everything into motion. Nick transported my dad from Brooklyn to the funeral home in Paterson. John updated us throughout his trip and Nick was very caring and thoughtful during the transportation process.
