The director and staff at Shook's made this time bearable for our family. Everyone whom we dealt with was extremely caring and sincere. They helped guide us when we needed to make tough decisions and accommodated our wishes down to the last detail. The planning went smoothly and we were kept updated before during and after arrangements. We would highly recommend Shook's to anyone in need.

When my father passed, there was not a plan on where to go and what to do. I was told that I should use Shook's and I'm glad I did. They were amazing! I was lucky enough to work with Santiago and he treated my family and I like his own family. He helped me at every step of the way. From our introduction to our last handshake and hug at the cemetery. I could not have asked for a better experience, all considering. No one wants to go through such a tragic event but we all do, and I'm glad Santiago and Shook's funeral home was there for me.

We had a great experience at Shook's during my sister's funeral. Their attention to detail is simply amazing. The staff provided excellent service throughout the whole process. Our funeral director, Santiago Cortes went above and beyond and was so supportive and caring. We cannot thank him enough for all of his help and support during this difficult time.
