Starting with the day my mom was picked up, the care and meticulous manner that was performed to wrap my mother in such a respectful way was beautiful.The first meeting with John Houston was as easy going and comfortable as we could have ever asked for. He was very detailed with information and extremely understanding of our unexpected situation.He introduced my 2 sisters and I to Denise and Kyla who would further help us with arrangements but John made sure we understand he'd be a phone call away if need be.Denise and Kyla were very knowledgeable and down to earth.
