“I highly recommend John Manke at Manke Funeral Home for all of your funeral needs! My father passed away very unexpectedly and we had no idea where to begin. I was referred to John and was able to speak with him a short time later, despite it being late at night. He began the process immediately and was there every step of the way. We had difficulties getting in touch with the medical examiners office in NYC and he was able to get in touch with them quickly and put everything into motion. We had pressing schedules with all of our family members and the director, Lou Jr, went over and above to ensure all schedules were met for the services.
The Stellato family has been friends with our family since 1960, and from Italy also. Our aunt met with Lou 15 years ago to arrange all her final wishes. He was very accommodating and took time to discuss every detail.
When she passed away, I notified Lou’s office. He immediately replied to me and gave me a direct contact. He and his staff were extremely communicative throughout the entire process, making it easy for our family. They explained each step in detail. The memorial video screen in the room was so nice, so that each visitor could see memories of themselves with the deceased.

“I had my grandma's funeral at Vander Platt in Paramus. Location is difficult because of traffic especially if you have a wake at night but

But overall a very dignified facility and they took care of every detail. For this difficult moment, they were thoughtful and thorough. 100% recommend for funeral services.“
