“I installed 2 separate Cooper Hunter ductless systems about 3 years ago. Mice got into one of the outside units and chewed up the wiring and boards. I changed the boards but still had error codes. Zach from Heckman came out, listened to what I had done up to that point and completed the repair of the unit. One of the replacement boards required a modification that I wasn't aware of. I had called a competitor who came out and wanted to replace the entire system consisting of 2 inside units and the outside unit. Zach had this one running for $125. If you want something fixed and not just replaced, call these guys.“

“I hired them to install a new Weil McLain CGa 3 Boiler 57000 btu propane in Deerpark NY and remove the old one. They are very knowledgeable and their work was very good. They are a family owned business and are very friendly.“
