They keep track of all your routines for you, they track all of your progress, help you set up and put things away so that you can just get in there and focus. You will make more progress here than ever and have more fun while you’re doing it! I cannot recommend Rebel highly enough!“

The coaches do an incredible job directing the classes, explaining workouts, and keeping things fun and engaging. They truly seem invested in each member’s progress, always offering great advice on how to improve both strength and skills. I find their in-house competitions extremely fun, and they are a great opportunity to test your fitness progress. Since joining, I’ve seen tremendous improvements in myself. On top of that, the community here is welcoming and supportive, making it a great place to train and grow.“

1085 Raritan Rd, Clark“I never felt comfortable in a gym before coming to F45 Training in Clark. I use to have a lot of gym anxiety. I didn’t know what to do or how to use all of the equipment. Fit 45 training is so much better than just going to a gym. Everyone is at a different fitness level. The coaches help with your form and do their best to motivate us. The exercises can be modified for fitness level or physical limitations. You progress at your own pace increasing weights as you feel comfortable. There is no judgement from the other members. Everyone was welcoming and happy to help or give advice if asked.I like the new and different challenging exercises. I now look forward to the gym. I feel comfortable and a feeling of belonging.“

1065 Bloomfield Ave, Clifton“This is a good gym and the staff is friendly and helpful. I do want to suggest exchanging some of the many ellipticals ---so many seem unnecessary and there are plenty empty all the time--- with a couple of Incline Hack Squat Machines and Decline Chest Press Machines. I've seen both at other PF around here but this is my preferred location.

This gym, in my opinion, hits all the marks. I never had any problems at the gym and the staff members are easy-going and attentive.“

364 Centre St, Nutley“Man, a lot of complainers on here … Good Lord. These people pay 25$ a month and can use the gym all day everyday day for 30 days and they want the red carpet treatment.
No where else do you get so much for 25$. Tell them to take there 25$ and go get one movie ticket or maybe one burrito at Chipotle and get nothing else for it.
Blink is a great Gym. I’ve been a member for over a year now and never had a problem. I go in, I do my workout, I say what’s up to all my other Italian buddies and a few other people and I leave. It’s that simple.
They workers always welcome me on the way in, and say goodbye on the way out. The equipment is decent and it gets the job done. And locker rooms are clean for the most part. It’s tea the people that attend that don’t clean up after themselves that make it disgusting at times, but that is every gym.
I get my moneys worth and I upgraded so my younger brother can attend as well and I got my girlfriend to join.
So we go as a family also and no complaints from them either.“
