My husband and I have been working out with Thelis for the last three months and she has been absolutely fantastic. I was hesitant at first about working out virtually and our workouts being effective for both of us simultaneously but she has catered our workout / nutrition plans to each of us individually. She thoughtfully instructs and corrects our form via video – It has worked far better than I ever anticipated.
