“I can see why Emad has so many 5 star reviews. He responds very quickly and works with integrity. I called him for a service call on a rainy cold Sunday and he came within an hour. Every step of the way, Emad was very communicative And informative and he does everything he can to figure out all possible solutions. It’s evident he really cares for his clients, their property and to his work. His heart is really in it to help his customers. It turns out My leak issue was more of a plumber problem but he was in my home for many hours until he did everything he could in locating the area of leak. The leak was in a very difficult area. He taught me how to turn off the leak for now because I had buckets catching water and it still wasn’t enough because there was so much water. “I have a 1912 Home with a lot of old piping. The water intake pipe coming up from the basement floor was leaking badly. Had the Water Company turn off at the street. Called four Plumbers. Three would not work on it after pictures/description was given over the phone.The 4th came out and also would not attempt a repair. All said piping is too old, cant be saved, new line has to be run from the street. The next Plumber I called was Fabian, Angler Plumbing. He said he would come out the next day and take a look. After arriving and examining, he also stated it was an old pipe and may disintegrate when worked on, but he would try to remove the inner rusted pipe to use the connector for the new line.He worked on it till the old pipe was removed. Threaded in all new brass connectors and copper pipe, with shutoff valves. All PerfectHe accomplished very rapidly what four other Plumbers would not even attempt, saving me thousands of $s, and being very pleasant while doing it!Cannot praise Fabian enough!Services: Plumbing pipe repair“

“I've used All Clear on several smaller jobs over the past few years and they have been great, good price, good work and show up on time. Recently my hot water heater blew while I was away for the weekend, and Jacob was able to show up less than 30 mins after I called to turn off the water on a Sunday. And then he was also able to deliver and install a new water heater the next day. This was for my multifamily house, so I really really appreciated getting hot water back on the next day! Jacob was great to work with and explained everything to me very clearly, thank you for all your hard work!!“

“Alen to the rescue once again! He installed my ACs a couple years ago, and then a replacement earlier again this year. And then MY MOM, who was impressed by my plexiglass installs, needed 3 window units installed in HER apartment said "give me the guy you used" and guess who came through with a fantabulous price yesterday, SAME DAY, mere HOURS after she called him for the appointment, IN THE MIDDLE OF A NYC JULY HEAT WAVE? And he even arrived early for the appointment! You will not find better pricing, service, friendliness, and expertise than these guys, so if you're reading my review and still putting together your list of options, you've already found it; I've done the research for you. My mom absolutely loved the fact that he cleaned up everything after; no piles of grungey built-up debris, papers or anything left after and surfaces wiped down thoroughly. And the magical wizardry of the plexiglass option; you can barely tell it's there. It's so much nicer looking than the accordions that come with the AC or dull metal paneling, and makes the area look spacious and of course, a better view. Alen removed her 3 existing units (that had been in those windows, non-functioning, FOR 24 YEARS) and installed her 3 new ones in their place, and like a gentleman he'll even take care of unboxing the new units if you're a lady cause these things are heavy to lift. ;)My mom was so impressed she had to give him a hug at the end of all his hard work lol and we will both continue to recommend him to everybody that we know. He knows what he's doing!“

“My HVAC stopped working last night in the coldest of weather. I found Safeguard Mechanical's number on Facebook the next morning and called Allan at 8am. He instantly picked up, and said he'd be over to fix the problem. He came at 10:30am, new exactly what was wrong (The motor failed even after only 1 1/2 years), and talked me through what the process would be to fix it, as he needed to get a new motor. Santos came back that day at 3:30pm with the new motor, installed it instantly and talked me through a bunch of great HVAC points, tips, and things to keep in mind. I wanted to take the time to write this Google Review because there aren't any and everyone should know how both Allan and Santos are fantastic, and so skilled at what they do, and they are now my go to HVAC team!“
