Every step of the way, Emad was very communicative And informative and he does everything he can to figure out all possible solutions. It’s evident he really cares for his clients, their property and to his work. His heart is really in it to help his customers. It turns out My leak issue was more of a plumber problem but he was in my home for many hours until he did everything he could in locating the area of leak. The leak was in a very difficult area. He taught me how to turn off the leak for now because I had buckets catching water and it still wasn’t enough because there was so much water. “Just had an emergency gas leak detection service with them on a Sunday and couldn’t recommend this company more. I had been trying all day Saturday to get other companies out to my location but everyone kept ghosting me after the initial call. I found Sideris Plumbing on google and I will say that it might be a higher price than the other services (which by the way never showed up) so after all you get what you pay for. Excellent service, great customer support, and most importantly a very prompt response. They had someone to my location within 2hrs. Recently my hot water heater blew while I was away for the weekend, and Jacob was able to show up less than 30 mins after I called to turn off the water on a Sunday. And then he was also able to deliver and install a new water heater the next day. This was for my multifamily house, so I really really appreciated getting hot water back on the next day! Jacob was great to work with and explained everything to me very clearly, thank you for all your hard work!!“

“Alen to the rescue once again! He installed my ACs a couple years ago, and then a replacement earlier again this year. And then MY MOM, who was impressed by my plexiglass installs, needed 3 window units installed in HER apartment said "give me the guy you used" and guess who came through with a fantabulous price yesterday, SAME DAY, mere HOURS after she called him for the appointment, IN THE MIDDLE OF A NYC JULY HEAT WAVE? And he even arrived early for the appointment! You will not find better pricing, service, friendliness, and expertise than these guys, so if you're reading my review and still putting together your list of options, you've already found it; I've done the research for you. My mom absolutely loved the fact that he cleaned up everything after; no piles of grungey built-up debris, papers or anything left after and surfaces wiped down thoroughly. And the magical wizardry of the plexiglass option; you can barely tell it's there. It's so much nicer looking than the accordions that come with the AC or dull metal paneling, and makes the area look spacious and of course, a better view. Alen removed her 3 existing units (that had been in those windows, non-functioning, FOR 24 YEARS) and installed her 3 new ones in their place, and like a gentleman he'll even take care of unboxing the new units if you're a lady cause these things are heavy to lift. ;)My mom was so impressed she had to give him a hug at the end of all his hard work lol and we will both continue to recommend him to everybody that we know. He knows what he's doing!“
