“We had a very good experience working with Integrate Comfort Systems on the replacement of our HVAC system.
What stood out from the beginning was how thorough they were in explaining the different options available to us. We spoke with several other HVAC contractors, and most simply proposed replacing our existing system with something similar. Integrate Comfort Systems was the only company that really walked us through alternatives such as heat pumps, dual-fuel systems, efficiency considerations, available rebates, and financing options. That gave us a much better understanding of our choices and ultimately helped us select a system that made more sense for our home.
We ended up installing a dual-fuel heat pump and gas furnace system along with a new Ecobee thermostat, and the installation itself was handled professionally.
I also appreciated their help with the less visible parts of the project, including permits, rebate paperwork, financing, and coordinating the final town inspections. There were a few follow-up items after the main installation that required some additional coordination, but the team continued working through them and made sure the overall project was completed properly.
Overall, I’m very happy with the new system and appreciate the effort the entire team put into the project. I would definitely recommend Integrate Comfort Systems to anyone considering an HVAC replacement or upgrade.”
