The ICS team was quick with solutions and responses! The team that came out of Waldek, Jose, and Alex were professional and efficent. They were able to fix the issues quickly and very cleanly. They stayed after to discuss the project and provide all important information. We have had many issues with reliable HVAC companies in NYC and ICS is definitely the best and reliable company with have worked with. We will continue to use them!

Our Technician Victor was amazing! He came and he diagnosed all of our mini splits and eventually found which was the problem and what we needed to fix it. He even left some portable heaters for us during this time until the condenser was replaced. Awesome job and communication

I can not say enough good things about ICS. From the moment I started working with them to the last guy who left my house everyone was so professional, courteous, and respectful of my home.
